By accessing werecruit.us, creating an account, or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Use are entered into by and between you and WeRecruit, LLC (“WeRecruit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of werecruit.us and any related subdomains, mobile applications, and online services we operate (collectively, the “Website”), whether you visit as a guest or a registered user.

The Website is offered to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Website is intended for healthcare professionals, educated either inside or outside the United States, who are seeking to work or become certified to work in the United States, and for the healthcare facilities that engage our services.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date and, where practical, provide reasonable notice before they take effect. Changes are not retroactive. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Accessing the Website and Account Security

We may withdraw, suspend, or amend the Website or any service or material we provide, in our discretion, without liability. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and for keeping your account credentials confidential. You agree not to share your credentials, to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use, and to exit your account at the end of each session. We may disable any user credential at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have violated these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and all of its contents, features, and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by WeRecruit or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use, or, if you are an authorized representative of a client healthcare facility, to make and manage staffing requests.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or exploit any material from the Website except as incidental browser caching or printing a reasonable number of pages for your own non-commercial reference. You must not remove any proprietary notices or use automated means to access or copy Website content.

5. Trademarks

The “WeRecruit” name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WeRecruit, LLC. You must not use these marks without our prior written permission. References on the Website to WePrep, Workop, or other strategic partners are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification purposes only.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
  • Transmit unsolicited advertising or promotional material (“spam”).
  • Impersonate WeRecruit, a WeRecruit employee, or any other person or entity.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the proper functioning of the Website.
  • Use any robot, spider, or automated means to access or copy Website content without our consent.

7. User Contributions and Document Uploads

The Website may allow you to upload documents — such as résumés, certifications, diplomas, evaluations, and identification — to a secure repository so that WeRecruit can evaluate your qualifications and present you to potential employers. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all materials you upload, and for maintaining your own backup copies.

Grant of license. By uploading materials, you grant WeRecruit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and share those materials with prospective employers and with service providers acting on our behalf, solely for the purpose of providing recruitment and placement services to you. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination

WeRecruit is committed to equal employment opportunity. We do not discriminate, and we do not facilitate discrimination by our clients, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law. Candidates are evaluated and presented to employers based on professional qualifications, certifications, and suitability for the role.

9. No Guarantee of Employment, Certification, or Immigration Outcome

WeRecruit provides recruitment, screening, and placement-support services. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired, that any position will be filled, that any professional examination or certification will be passed, or that any visa, work authorization, or immigration benefit will be granted. Certification and licensing are administered by independent bodies, and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities. Any test-preparation or credentialing support referenced on the Website is provided by independent strategic partners under their own terms.

10. Reliance on Information; Third-Party Links

We take reasonable steps to keep Website information accurate but do not warrant its completeness or usefulness; any reliance is at your own risk. The Website may contain links to third-party sites, including those of strategic partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WERECRUIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

13. Limitation on Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WERECRUIT OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WeRecruit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Website.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Except for claims that may be brought in small-claims court or for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, seated in Florida and applying Florida law. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Each party retains the right to seek injunctive relief in court where necessary.

17. Limitation on Time to File Claims

ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE WEBSITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED, EXCEPT WHERE A LONGER PERIOD IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

18. Waiver, Severability, and Entire Agreement

No waiver by WeRecruit of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WeRecruit regarding the Website.
